Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories and documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@kaelorworks.co.uk. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom-made, special-order, and personalized items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging and accessories.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
